Kim Kardashian is all single and ready to mingle as she heads out to TAO in Venetian hotel of Las Vegas. She will be in the event to usher a midnight champagne toast while DJ Sam Ronson will be spinning some amazing 2011 hits right at the LAVO.

TAO and LAVO will be catering open bars from 9 to 11 pm and all out appetizers up until the clock strikes 12.

On the other hand, Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas will also usher in for another 2012 party at the newly opened 1 OAK Las Vegas inside The Mirage Hotel & Casino. The place will be filled with a lot of nightlife creators for bars and restaurants such as Scott Sartiano and Richie Akiva.

At the Palms Casino Resort, a party will be thrown and will be led by DJ Alie Layus, Paul Oakenfold and popular R&B singer John Legend. His performance will be held at the Moon Nightclub where the roof is retractable, making it a warm nice night to celebrate the coming of a new year.

Drake, along with Guns N' Roses, will be at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino to offer some great weekend music with Slipknot and Stone Sour opening up the January 31 party.
