Hollywood stars, fashion designers, musicians, and fashion icons all attend this year's Council of Fashion Designers America (CFDA) Fashion Awards at the Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall in New York. The CFDA is the most prestigious and coveted award-giving body that celebrates the most innovative and trendy high fashion designers in the industry.

Hollywood stars who arrived include Twilight star Ashley Greene, twin fashion moguls Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, Lucy Liu, Liv Tyler and Kirsten Dunst. Fashion Icon awardee Lady Gaga arrived with her sister in an aquamarine bob, black dress and platform shoes high enough to add a couple of feet to her height. Designers Alexander Wang, Michael Bastian, Robert Geller, Prabal Gurung and Proenza Schouler all won awards on the event.

Designer Marc Jacobs recieved the Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award, while InStyle's Hal Rubenstein nabbed the Eleanor Lambert Award.
