Fired “Men” actor, Charlie Sheen vows to share his live show profits to Red Cross relief to Japan
Actor Charlie Sheen has vowed to donate a portion of his earnings from his live stage shows in hopes to provide assistance to the victims of the devastating Japan earthquake.
A message on his Twitter was posted, according to TorontoSun.com that said the actor is giving out a part for every ticket sales for his live shows in Detroit, Michigan and Chicago, Illinois.
The actor said, "Pain & devastation in Japan demands us all to dig deep & LOVE THEM VIOLENTLY."
The actor promised to give $1 for the sale of every ticket to his upcoming shows and the proceeds will be forwarded to Red Cross Relief fund.
"One dollar from each ticket to My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not An Option Show LIVE will be donated to the Red Cross Japanese earthquake relief fund,” the actor of “Two and a Half Men” was quoted as saying by Toronto.Sun.com
Sheen is scheduled on his live shows in April and reports have it that his ticket sales were sold out in minutes.
