The actor left the Radio City Music Hall a big disappointment for his fans after his show on Friday. But things have gone in his favor when the former “Men” actor returned for the second series of his live show, “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option” tour.

The Hollywood Reporter noted that Sheen has redeemed himself on his second show on Sunday and received two standing ovations following his hour-long talk.

The friendlier and more enthusiastic audience gave the actor his first standing ovation the minute he appeared on stage.

Things have gone in Charlie Sheen's favor when the former “Men” actor returned for the second series of his live show, “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option” tour.

The actor said The Hollywood Reporter tossed his script and immediately entertained the questions from the audience.

“The show is entirely different from Friday night,” said TMZ on how Charlie played the second of the two series of live shows scheduled at the Big Apple.

Sunday’s show came with the usual segments including his talks on use of drugs and women and his television program, “Two and a Half Men”.

The actor reiterated on Sunday his earlier declaration that he would rejoin “Men” should the producers and the show’s creators give him another chance. The actor also promised to issue a public apology in his attempts to get his old job back.

The actor was singing a different tune when asked of CBS honcho, Chuck Lorre when he said that Lorre, “doesn’t completely suck”.

Looks like Sheen has no choice but follow the advice earlier given by “30 Rock” star, Alec Baldwin.

Also in New York’s show on Sunday, the actor again talked about how he began using drugs and his use of internet. The actor did not forget to apologize to his fellow “Men” actor, Jon Cryer for calling him a ‘troll”.

He also addressed the failed first live show at Radio City Hall Friday evening.

He said: "I don't even think I was here Friday night. Friday night got a little f---ing hijacked because I let people get into my magic f---ing brain."

Sheen spotted and invited Inside the Actors Studio host, James Lipton onstage. Lipton then asked Charlie what are his favorite words and the “Men” actor replied saying, "Either f--- or Denise".

Also invited onstage was former New York Mets baseball player, Darryl Strawberry.

A female audience took the stage to ‘audition’ as Sheen’s third goddess.

When Sheen spotted in the crow a girl he used to date, he gave her a kiss and hug, said The Hollywood Reporter.

Charlie Sheen ended his second show Sunday in ways that would not even come close during his first day at the Big Apple, where Charlie received nothing but resounding boos and heckles from unruly members of the audience which grew thin as the time dragged on to 50 minutes.

It appeared that both Charlie Sheen and the New York audience were winning as the show ended at Radio City Hall and the audience was to generous in letting Sheen know that he did a good job by giving him his second standing ovation for the evening.
