Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller granted of restraining order against sitcom actor
LA court has ordered Charlie Sheen to stay away from soon-to-be ex-wife, Brooke Mueller
While Charlie Sheen has been doing his courtesy calls with practically all media outfits in America as part of the ongoing war he had earlier waged against CBS producers, the actor of the Two and a Half Men have been beset with yet another hurdle - - a restraining order from the LA court.
According to TMZ.com, the first entertainment news website to report Sheen’s hospitalization in late January and the check he signed for adult entertainers, the Lost Angeles Country Superior Court has granted the actor’s soon-to-be ex-wife, Brooke Mueller a restraining order against Sheen.
Citing the report by TMZ, TV Guide noted that the restraining order has ordered Sheen to stay 100 yards away from Mueller. He is also not allowed to contact his future ex-wife. The court did not specify the couple’s twins to be covered by the restraining order.
TMZ said that Mueller’s lawyer cited several ‘specific descriptive threats’ in the legal documents.
This court order appeared to be a welcome development for Charlie who said, according to TMZ: “Great, I was already planning on staying parsecs away from her”.
Parsecs said TV Guide is used to mean 3.26 light years and was popularized when heard from Star Wars.
