Lars Von Trier is known in the movie industry as the director who gives her actresses a hard time. However, it seems that the "Antichrist" director has found a muse in Charlotte Gainsbourg, who is in the talks for starring in a third movie with the Von Trier-helmed "The Nymphomaniac."

"Following her turns in Antichrist and Melancholia, The Nymphomaniac would see Gainsbourg undergoing what Von Trier has called an 'erotic birth'. It's a tale of sexual awakening then, although what that means in Von Trier's head is anyone's guess," reported Empire Online on what the plot will be out of the third collaboration between the 55-year old Danish director and the French actress-singer.

Von Trier originally had two movies in the talks, but after Peter Aalbaek Jensen, his business parter, suggested that "The Nymphomaniac" was much more sellable as compared to the other movie named "Dirt In Bedsores."

"We can only imagine what Dirt In Bedsores might be, but Jensen's notion of 'The Nymphomaniac's saleability [sic] may be shaken by the news that Von Trier is planning a censor-baiting 'hardcore cut' of the film." continued Empire Online on that proposed salability of the next Von Trier movie. Do not be alarmed, however, since there will also be "softcore" version for mass release.

The movie might still be at its scripting stages, but shooting has been scheduled for late next year. Von Trier is hoping that Stellan Skarsgard, another "Melancholia" alum, will be casted alongside Gainsbourg, who is not unaccustomed to sexual provocations.

Charlotte Gainsbourg is the daughter of Jane Birkin and the controversial artist of different genres, Serge Gainsbourg. Charlotte first made her musical debut with the French hit single "Lemon Incest" in 1984 with his father. The music video and lyrics of the song caused so much controversy regarding the father-daughter relationship of the two, implying pedophilia and incest, but both defended it as merely a "provocation" wherein they succeeded.

Fans of this psychological horror story director can do nothing but wait until 2013 for the movie, hopefully during the Cannes Film Festival even after this year's incident, claiming he was a Nazi.
