Chris Brown eyeing for an eased restraining order
R&B singer, Chris Brown to ask judge for an eased restraining order
R&B singer, Chris Brown is planning on asking the court for an eased restraining order slapped him with after admitting attacking ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
The singer who is due in court Tuesday is hoping that Superior Court judge Patricia Schnegg will allow him to go nearer Rihanna than the court-ordered distance stipulated in the TRO.
The order states, said the Associated Press, that Brown must stay 50 yards away from his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. The former couple are allowed to be 10 yards apart when attending music industry events.
Rihanna’s camp is reportedly on the same page with Brown’s wishes and the Barbadian singer’s lawyer, Donald Etra has confirmed discussing Rihanna’s position when he attends the hearing Tuesday.
The move for an eased restraining order came after Brown completed his domestic violence counseling program from which he received a thumbs up from Judge Schnegg. The singer has also been asked to undertake physical labor in his home town in Virginia.
Brown has admitted beating Rihanna inside a rented car after leaving a pre-Grammy Awards. Brown’s career has gone downhill since then and has not been reported dating much since then. Rihanna on the other hand has been seen moving on with couple of dates after the incident.
The public had expected that two be seen again at 53rd Grammy Awards on February 11, 2011 but while Rihanna performed, Chris Brown opted not to attend the biggest event in the music scene.
