Despite patching things up before 2014 ended, Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown are said to be still working on their relationship. A new report claims they both want to ensure their relationship would last this year, and to do so, they are undergoing couples therapy secretly.

Chris Brown is willing to do everything to make sure Karrueche Tran stays in his life by doing everything to be a better boyfriend. Reportedly, he promised Karrueche she would never be put at the back burner on their renewed relationship. Hollywood Life reports Chris wants to do everything to make their relationship work that he subjected himself to couple's therapy alongside Karrueche.

"He's put his ego aside and that was extremely hard to do, but he's doing it and it's constantly a work in progress. Between work, touring and his court obligations, he's been seeing another therapist with Karrueche and they've secretly been doing couple's therapy to kick off the New Year," the source said.

It could be remembered that therapy had also been the "Loyal" singer's hope of change after he was released from jail in relation to his assault of Rihanna. He told Extra therapy is important for him to work on himself and his anger issues. He said he really believes in the power of therapy. At the time, he met his therapist twice a week, even though at first he was reluctant to do so. He detailed that at first he did not want to go to the therapist because he did not want to talk to anyone. He eventually found out that as he kept talking, the better that he was becoming. He realised therapy is, indeed, "therapeutic."

Aside from talking about what he was going through, he said therapy presented itself as an opportunity for him to be more in tune with his feelings and understand what he was dealing with in his life. He said before getting therapy, he did not know how to express what he was feeling because he did not know how to say or express something without anger or violence. With therapy, he reportedly became more in control of his emotions.
