Chris Brown is now out of the rehab facility after entering last month as a result of the assault arrest. But he will still be receiving an outpatient treatment, according to Brown's rep informing People.

"Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area. He appreciates all of your encouragement and support," the rep said.

On Oct. 29, Brown voluntarily signed up for a program in an unnamed rehab facility to seek treatment for anger problems after reportedly getting involved in a street fight in Washington. The scuffle landed him in jail.

Brown and his Bodyguard Christopher Hollosy got into a fight with a third person around 4:30 a.m., police spokesman Gwendolyn Crump reported.

Both and Brown and Hollosy were released without bail from a Washington D.C. jail. The felony assault charge was reduced to misdemeanor.

"We talked today, and he said, 'I want to take some time and do a little introspection and understand everything that's going on around me,'" Brown's Lawyer Mark Geragos told the Daily News after Brown was admitted for the rehab treatment last month.

Gregos also cited that we should appreciate his decision to voluntarily seek help for his anger problems.

Brown Is Not New To Violence

The October scuffle was one of the incidents that Brown was involved in. Back in 2009, he was convicted with felony assault charges and kept on probation for hitting Pop Star Rihanna, his girlfriend.

In 2012, Brown reportedly took part in a brawl in a Manhattan nightclub. Rapper Drake was also involved. Brown got into a tussle with Singer Frank Ocean at a West Hollywood recording studio in January 2012.

In July, a Californian woman sued Brown for alleged assault at a nightclub. However, Brown countersued her citing that she was drunk and cooked up the story to frame him.
