Chris Brown to Propose to Rihanna on Her 25th Birthday?

There sure is a birthday cake, cake, cake, as Rihanna celebrates 25 years today. But will there be a double celebration?

Perhaps her birthday could turn to an engagement party if rumors were true that on-and-off boyfriend Chris Brown would propose to her on her special day.

Brown is reportedly in Hawaii to celebrate Rihanna's birthday with her family and friends, a 'rock solid source' of MediaTakeOut.com claimed. The website further stated that Brown has already asked permission from Rihanna's parents and they have gladly agreed. Brown was said to pop the question at dinner, with a 10-cart ring costing around $3.5 dollars.

Several rumors of the controversial couple being engaged have popped out here and there, with the most recent spawning after the Stay singer was spotted wearing what looked like an engagement ring at the Grammys.

It is still a big question whether the engagement rumors are true, seeing as the two appeared to be headed to Splitsville after spending Valentine's Day apart and snubbing each other at a club. The news also came amid reports that Brown was hanging out with his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran in Houston for the NBA All-Star Weekend.

However, if the rumors are correct, RiRi apparently has no idea of Brown's plans. The singing supertar seemed to enjoy her Hawaiian holiday, as she shared a photo of her lounging at the poolside, enjoying the sun.

Also, she showed off her incredibly sexy body all over Instagram, just before her birthday, with the R&B star wearing just a yellow two-piece bikini.

Following that, she reminsced old birthday memories by posting a throwback photo of her and Brown during one of her surprise parties.
