Chris Brown-Rihanna Reunion: Chris Sending ‘Romantic” Texts, Wants To Rekindle Relationship With Rihanna -- Report
Chris Brown is supposedly already eyeing to get back with ex-girlfriend Rihanna after his relationship with Karrueche Tran ended last month. According to a new report, the rapper has been sending text messages to the singer in an attempt to win her back.
Sources close to Rihanna told Urban Islandz that Chris Brown has been "trying" to get her back through "romantic" messages. Although no further details were revealed regarding these messages, sources "highly doubt" the rapper's intentions will "work this time around."
"Rihanna has moved on from all that drama Chris bring along with him," the source said, adding the singer is certainly "not going to entertain his vibe again."
Rihanna has reportedly been busy finalising her 8th album called "R8." She has also signed on a new business venture with Puma as the brand's creative director. Thus, according to the source "she is in a much better place now both personally and with her career."
Even Rihanna's father, Ronald Fenty, was vocal about his daughter's relationship with Chris Brown. It's supposedly unlikely for a reunion to happen since Rihanna has completely "frozen out" the rapper during their last meeting. The exes reportedly last saw each other in August during a charity basketball game. In an interview with Mail Online, Fenty recalled the ex-couple only said the usual pleasantries of "hi" and "hello" and nothing else.
"When we was going to the car park he was trying to talk with her but she turned and was talking to somebody else, so he came and talked to me and I had a picture with him," Fenty told Mail Online exclusively. He recalled that his daughter was even surprised that he had taken a photo with the rapper.
However, Ronald Fenty also admitted that he still has a soft spot for Chris Brown despite the rapper's tumultuous relationship with Rihanna. He even hopes for a reunion to someday happen. But for now he is willing to let his daughter "do what she wants to do." Fenty claimed Chris is still troubled and still has a lot of issues to work out. He also confirmed that Rihanna is still single.
