Chris Hemsworth shares throwback photo of his ‘hot dad’ on Father’s Day

Chris Hemsworth has a legion of female fans and he was once hailed People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” – and now he proves that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. The 33-year-old actor posted an adorable throwback snap of himself and his brother Liam with their father Craig on Sunday to celebrate Father’s Day.

“Happy Father’s Day dad! Thanks for taking me surfing every weekend and driving me to football training and athletics training and to friends houses and anywhere and everywhere and for loving mum and us kids so much," the actor captioned the photo. “Love u #fathersday #legend.”

The flashback snap caused a frenzy among the “Thor: Ragnarok” actor’s Instagram followers, who couldn’t get over how “hot” his dad looked, with one commenting, “ Wow...wow ...he’s handsome like you!!!” while another fan said, “Even his dad looks hot, happy father’s day Chris.”

The three were pictured standing side by side by a muddy lake in their swimming shorts.

Meanwhile, the actor’s wife, Elsa Pataky, also posted a touching tribute to the Aussie hunk on Instagram.

The heartwarming photo shows Chris joining his 2-year-old twin sons, Tristan and Sasha, on a playground.

“Every day is Father's Day, especially when we have a dad like ours,” the 40-year-old Spanish actress wrote in the caption. The couple also have a 4-year-old daughter named India Rose. “Hope all the Australian dads had a great day! Happy Father's Day.”

The couple, along with their children, have been visiting a number of picturesque locations all over Australia lately as ambassadors for Australia Tourism.

While Chris has been open on social media, his brother Liam, 26, remained quiet amidst rumours that he had to cancel his honeymoon with fiancée Miley Cyrus.

Liam and Miley are set to marry this year but are yet to decide on a definite location.
