Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin and "ex-wife" Gwyneth Paltrow reportedly still live together in their recently acquired $14 million Malibu beach house.

People reported that the "unconsciously conscious" couple apparently still live together. Gwyneth Paltrow revealed this detail of her marital relationship with Chris Martin, when she filed a case against an alleged stalker.

Paltrow announced split from husband of ten years via her Goop website in March. But despite the announcement, court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court this year proves otherwise.

Paltrow filed a civil harassment restraining order against a 45-year old man from Deer Park, Texas, who was reportedly stalking the actress and her family. The restraining order, which People obtained, detailed Paltrow's petition for the stalker to leave her and her family alone in a span of three years. The court order, according to People, seeks protection for Paltrow and her two children, Apple (9) and Moses (7). Surprisingly, Chris Martin's name was also listed for legal protection, with the label "lives with petitioner" handwritten on the document.

Amidst rumours that they are still living together, the ex-couple have reportedly been seen together numerous times at different occasions.

Earlier this month, they were spotted dining together in Los Angeles. They were all smiles as they were photographed by X17online sneaking out from the kitchen of the popular Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi. A source told X17online that the couple were in good mood, laughing and sharing some wine, adding that it didn't seem like there was bad blood between them. The couple drove home together in the same car, despite Paltrow living in Brentwood and Martin in Malibu.

Similarly, during Robert Downey Jr.'s 49th birthday in April, Paltrow and Martin were seen holding hands and sharing jokes with their children. It wasn't a typical picture of a divorce, a source told People.

DailyMail also reported that on Saturday, May 18, Paltrow and Martin were seen enjoying a dinner date at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont before driving away together in their Audi sports car.

Lastly, Hello Magazine reported that the ex-couple were both present during a book launch in LA. Paltrow and Martin were seen mingling and posing for photographs with fellow guests--although notably not together.
