The Country Music Awards (CMA) already released the list of nominations for this year's annual awards event last Wednesday, Sept. 9. Former couple Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton are just two of the many artists included in CMA's list. To celebrate their nominations, the two country stars took to social media to share the good news.

The two country singers each took to their respective social media accounts after receiving news of their CMA nominations Wednesday, Sept. 9, E!News reported. Blake was nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year and Musical Event of the Year for his single, “Lonely Tonight.” To celebrate the day, “The Voice” coach posted a message on Twitter to give a shout out to Ashley Moore who was featured on the single. Blake wrote, “Congrats to my @ashleymonroe for our CMA nomination this morning!!! This calls for a drink!!!”

Meanwhile, Lambert gave herself a shopping treat and went to Tiffany to buy herself some bling, along with a pair of red Converse shoes. The “Little Red Wagon” songstress even shared a picture of her purchases which she captioned, "In honor of CMA nomination day I did a little celebratory shopping! My two favorite colors... Pink and Tiffany Blue! #CMA #dressup #dressdown."

The country singer and songwriter received four CMA nominations which included Female Vocalist of the Year and Entertainer of the Year and Music Video of the Year for “Little Red Wagon.” Lambert was also nominated for Musical Event of the Year for “Smokin' and Drinkin" which featured Little Big Town.

Aside from the CMA nominations, Lambert has more reason to celebrate since the Nashville Symphony has named the singer as this year’s recipient of the “Harmony Award,” according to Taste of Country. The prestigious award is presented each year to “an individual who best exemplifies the harmonious spirit of Nashville’s musical community.” The singer was reportedly chosen given her “numerous contributions to the Nashville community” as well as her recent establishment of a scholarship program for women at Belmont University.

Lambert is slated to receive the “Harmony Award” during 31st annual Symphony Ball on Dec. 12. On the other hand, the 2015 CMAs will be held on Nov. 14.
