Comic-Con 2013 is barely half a week away, and many attendees have been preparing for months for their cosplay (costume play) moment. Have you made up your mind yet on whether or not to join the cosplay madness?

The Comin-Con is a place for creators, characters, and fans to meet and greet. First previews as well as Questions and Answers at the panels are some of the best parts of this SDCC event.

For TV series followers, you might want to go as Oliver Queen's Hood Guy alter ego. Or his love, Black Canary. Comedy fans of "The Big Bang Theory" might want to dress Sheldon Cooper style, if you're not keen on elaborate planning and material search.

For the first time ever, the cast of "How I Met Your Mother" will be attending the Comic-Con. You might want to wear the Robin Sparkles "Let's Go to the Mall" costume. Or simply suit up with a ducky tie like Barney Stinson. Ted Mosby also has some signature guy-next-door style. If you're a fan of the soon-to-bid-goodbye sitcom, go to the SDCC with your friends and suit up for the gang.

"Once Upon a Time" cast will also be at the SDCC 2013. Emma Swan's red leather jacket might be easier to find than other fancy costumes you probably don't have time to prepare at this point.

If you're feeling a little sexy and would like to channel that energy into creating a Pokemon cosplay, get some ideas from the 2009 cosplay by American cosplayer and promotional model Jessica Nigri.
