Corinna Schumacher, the wife of the legendary Formula One (F1) racing driver Michael Schumacher, has reportedly penned a letter to a young author Aidan Gormley, who wrote the children's book "Ferrari Adventure". In the letter, Corinna has imparted some powerful words of hope and inspiration as her husband continues to fight for another day.

According to The Ulster Herald, the publishers of Gormley's book have sent a copy of the boy's paperback along with well-wishes to the stricken F1 legend. As a response, Corinna has sent a letter, thanking the boy for the book and the encouraging messages he had sent the F1 legend. Gormley is also delighted to have received a personal note from Corinna. He said that he hopes that the seven-time world champion would completely recover for good.

"I would like to thank you for your best wishes and your kind present, which help us to move forward in those difficult times", Corinna said in her letter.

Corinna said that the messages of support are helpful for them to get through the difficult times. It helps them to survive a catastrophe in their lives and take small steps forward.

"It feels good to receive so many friendly wishes for recovery and other well-meant words", Corinna added. She added that it meant a lot to her family to receive such wonderful support from people.

While Michael's future remains uncertain, Corinna has left powerful words of optimism and motivation. "Our Michael is a fighter and he will never give up".

Michael was hospitalised for nearly six months due to the severe head injury that he suffered after the skiing accident in the French Alps back in December. The last thing that people heard about his condition is that he is no longer in a coma and undergoing rehabilitation treatment at a medical facility in Lausanne, Switzerland. Corinna has said in an interview that they are preparing for a long recovery period before the F1 champion comes back to his old form.

Though it seems difficult to leave her husband's bed side, Corinna was making some rare public appearances recently. She laughed and smiled, perhaps a sign that things are getting better for her husband.
