'Coronation Street' spoilers for Dec. 18: Daniel apologises to Chesney

"Coronation Street" cast members, including Rob Mallard (Daniel), Sam Aston (Chesney), Katie McGlynn (Sinead), Connor McIntyre (Phelan), Debbie Rush (Anna), Mikey North (Gary), Tristan Gemmill (Robert), Kym Marsh (Michelle), Jane Danson (Leanne), Catherine Tyldesley (Eva), Georgia Taylor (Toyah), Sue Cleaver (Eileen), Shayne Ward (Aidan), Sam Robertson (Adam), Peter Singh (Matthew), Alan Halsall (Tyrone) and Jennie McAlpine (Fiz), will be featured in the episodes of "Corrie" on Monday. It will show Chesney getting surprised by Daniel's unexpected apology and Anna deciding to fight back Phelan.

ITV and Digital Spy report that the first episode of "Corrie" on Monday will show Daniel apologising to Chesney at Number 5. Sinead will see him do so. Meanwhile, Robert will discover that his tumour was cancerous. However, it was completely removed from his body and thankfully didn't spread to his other parts. Michelle will be bothered by Robert's surprisingly laid-back reaction to the news.

Plus, Leanne continues to find a date. While Eva thinks dating online is a good idea, Toyah will convince Leanne to go out with her old pal. As for Anna, she'll look for evidence that will prove Phelan is framing her for the accident. Gary will help her by distracting Phelan. This episode will air on ITV at 7:30 pm GMT.

Aidan's drunken mistake

In the second episode of "Corrie" on Monday, Aidan will get mad at Adam when he heads off to the Bistro to meet up with Matthew Singh (Peter Singh). They will talk about the Underworld purchase. Later on, a drunk Aidan will go to the Bistro and rant at Matthew, Eva and Adam. Adam will stand up to him, forcing a humiliated Aidan to leave.

As for Toyah, she'll finally see Chris, the attractive Bed and breakfast (B&B) guest. Eva will immediately set things in motion and get Chris to buy Leanne a drink. Elsewhere, Fiz will find out that her mum is in the hospital. She needs to go and visit her as soon as possible. However, she also needs to spend Christmas there.
