Couple Alert: Adam Lambert and Sauli Koskinen Celebrate Traditional Finnish Christmas After Bar Fight
American Idol's Adam Lambert and boyfriend Sauli Koskinen appear to be way past the alleged drunken bar fight that got them arrested in Helsinki, Finland. Right after the mishap, Lambert, 29, said he and his Finnish Big Brother winner beau, 26, were laughing about it and blamed jetlag and vodka for the ordeal. It seems that the family of Lambert's significant other has not taken the arrest too seriously either.
Adam Lambert and Sauli Koskinen put on festive Santa hats as they celebrate Christmas Eve with Sauli's family in Finland. The American Idol runner-up glam rocker sent out a message via Twitter along with a picture of him and Koskinen decked out in a festive hat.
"Xmas Eve with the Koskinens! Just had a huge traditional Finnish feast and now opening gifts! Merry and bright! Hyvää ja rauhallista joulua!" Lambert shared.
Adam and Sauli were arrested and then released shortly after being involved on an alleged brawl outside the gay bar Don't Tell Mama in Helsinki. "Violence is not to be taken lightly," Adam also said on a message via Twitter after the incident.
"Embarrassed by drunkenness. No punches thrown, no injuries and no charges. Media always exaggerates," he added further. Shortly following the couple's jail release, Koskinen shared a blog in Finnish.
"Love is not always easy, but it's forever," Koskinen said. All is well now between the two after the incident and they appear to be on great terms again.
