The "Vampire Diaries" fans need not to worry anymore because the split rumors have now come to an end. Couple Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev were finally spotted together and holding hands on Sunday, March 31, at the Pearson International Airport in Toronto, Canada after spending the Easter holiday with Nina's family.

Konstantin and Michaela, Nina's parents, were also spotted at the airport exchanging hugs with the lovely couple before boarding their flight back home to Los Angeles. The 24-year-old actress was even caught taking pictures with her mother.

Before heading to the airport, Ian and Nina were photographed outside of the Dobrev home unloading Easter treats and coffee from the car.

Ian, Nina and the Dobrev family enjoyed taking pictures of themselves as they joke about the paparazzi who swarmed the Dobrev residence. Ian and Nina captured their own images of the paparazzi and posed for souvenir family pictures on the house's front lawn.

Meanwhile, Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder's Canadian vacation was not only comprised of bonding time with Nina's family. The couple squeezed in some time to visit a sick "Vampire Diaries" fan named Kayla in the hospital.

The couple made an adorable video message to Kayla, a young Toronto patient waiting for a double lung transplant. Ian and Nina shared their video online as they expressed their love for Kayla with a surprise message at the end that says: "So we just wanted to make sure that your schedule's clear on Saturday because we want to come see you in Toronto. Clear your schedule. We'll be there soon!"

Nina Dobrev shared to the fans on the social networking site "Twitter" about her hospital visit with boyfriend Ian Somerhalder. The actress wrote on her Twitter account @ninadobrev: "Happy Easter @kayla_0507 !!!! Thinking of you today, sending you positive vibes! We had so much fun hanging out with you yesterday! :)"
