Amanda Bynes attempted to gain back control over her medical and financial affairs but failed. A lawyer was hired to represent the "Easy A" actress, but it was no use because of the court's ruling of Amanda's capacities.

The troubled former Nickelodeon actress was asked to remain under the care of her mother as she is deemed incapacitated to make sound medical and financial decisions for herself. The actress did not like it, so when she was released from the psychiatric treatment that she was in since Oct. 10, she hired a lawyer to help her out. Mirror UK reports that while the lawyer requested the judge to remove Amanda's mom, Lynn Bynes' authority over these aspects of Amanda's life, the court would not have it.

The court claims Amanda doesn't have the capacity to enter into a binding contract. So Amanda is deemed not having the capacity to hire a lawyer as well. The judge refused to allow a hearing to remove Amanda's mother's ability to make decisions to happen. The court deemed Amanda still has to remain under her mother's care. The setup would be in a form of a conservatorship.

Before this, however, Amanda already took to Twitter to post several post-treatment rants, USA Today reports. In the series of tweets, she accused her father of sexual assault again, announced her plans of being out of the conservatorship as soon as possible and apologised to her fans for being misled by Sam Lufti and her own parents. Below are some of the series of disturbing tweets from the once promising actress on Oct. 31.

The police filed a report against my dad - I am not able to be in the same room with him. He is a sexual predator and he SHOULD BE IN JAIL

I am going to court with my lawyer today to fight my mother and father over control of my personal life and control of my finances — amanda bynes (@amandabynes) October 31, 2014

The first time Amanda Bynes called her father a sexual abuser on Twitter, Lynn Bynes stepped in and spoke out about her daughter's claims. According to the mother, her husband Rick has been nothing but a good provider and husband. The sexual assault accusations are absolutely a lie, and the mother highlighted Amanda's mental state. The mother also said she is beyond saddened by what is happening with Amanda, and how her husband's name has been slandered. Amanda's mother has not yet commented on the new tweets.
