‘Crackdown 3’ release date, price: Game comes to Australia soon, pre-order available

However, it has been revealed through the official website of “Crackdown” that the game will be released to the Windows PC and Xbox One platforms. The game has been talked about for years, and news has come that it will be released sometime in 2017.

New destructible environment

The upcoming game will apparently reach new heights in terms of open-world games. According to developer Dave Jones, the game will not only deliver “unrivaled verticality, cooperative mayhem and destruction” but also an environment full of things that can be destroyed. In one of the game’s earlier trailers, it was shown that a group of superhuman cyborg police officers could demolish entire buildings. They were able to topple the buildings that created a domino effect with the nearby skyscrapers, according to the official site.

There is currently no recent news about the game as of late. The latest news of the game is about the game’s custom made controller for the Xbox. “Crackdown’s” Twitter page shows off a Twitter user’s custom “Crackdown 3” controller and Xbox One console. (See tweet below.)

Fans have commented on both “Crackdown’s” Twitter and Facebook page saying that the game may not be as great as hyped by the developers. In addition to this, many fans of the game suggest that the game is not yet finished. Whether or not this statement is true cannot be verified as the developers are keeping the game under wraps.

The latest news that was heard from the game’s publisher Microsoft was at the PAX East event back in the beginning of March. Even in the event, the only mention of the game was of its custom controllers for the Xbox One among other customer controllers.
