Recently Pawee Ventura the CEO and founder of the World's Leading Beauty Pageant Forum missosology.org opened up in an Episode of "The Kelly Priestly Show." She revealed all about her venture, success, future plans, and especially her views on transgenders being allowed in pageants for natural-born women.

Read some of the excerpts from interview below:

When asked about how does it feel to run such a big beauty pageant forum she answered:

"It's really hard during the first few years, you have no idea. But ovr the years, I've already mastered the way to run the forum. I'm basically a relaxed & carefree type of person and I only browse the forum to keep myself updated with pageantry & also handle the concerns of members. I'm forever grateful to all admins & moderators who continue to help monitor the site which is "never ever" an easy task. I've reached many countries through invitations and have spoken to various national directors, pageant owners and beauty queens and I found out that THEY actually READ us. A beauty queen even told me that missosology is like a "pageant bible." No matter how preoccupied I maybe outside Missosology, I'm forced to spend an hour or two to solve the forum's issues. But I have no complaints - I'm doing it cuz I love each and every one of you. Despite the presence of a few unruly members (which we're trying to tame down), I've learned to embrace all missosologist from different parts of the globe and without their posts, contributions and insights - Missosology is nothing. Variety is the spice of life!" She explained the mantra of her success.

She revealed baout her personality:

"Back in the day, I kept drawing in my notebooks of girls in swimsuits & gowns cuz perhaps my dream was to become one. Now I'm happy with what I'm doing - socializing with beauty queens whom i'd wanna kill cuz I didn't become one! Kidding!!!!! On a serious note, I have 7 super-special people in my life that consider me as their best friend since only God knows when. Usually, an individual will only have one best friend but I'm blessed to have lots of 'em. I am devoted to the mantra "better late than never!" hahaha! My besties (we call our group "goddesses") would adjust their time 2 hours behind schedule when they meet up with me as I've been known as the no. 1 laziest or tardiest guy on the planet with no sense of time! I have so much love and happiness to share the people around me. I tend not to act my age because of my young-at-heart & easygoing nature. I have lots of time to spare when it comes to roadtrips & hanging out with friends. I love booze & dancing! hehehe! A beach junkie, I've always wished to live in a villa by the seashore, own a boat, sail away, & go snorkeling. Finally, that I'm magnetic, creative and that I always have a solution to any problem. "Love brings out the best in me." I truly value relationships with people." She said.

Pawee expressed her views on same-sex marriage and granting permission to transgenders to partcipate in Big 4 pageants as natural-born women:

"Though I firmly believe homosexuality should be accepted by any society, we all have been given free-will by the creator, the fact of the same does not make all things right, we do. I'm a very tolerant person. I live my own way and let others live theirs and our decision & the paths we take are something between us and God. Who are we to judge anyway? Let's just remember to be good & do good. Transgenders joining Miss Universe is a no-no for me though. It ruins the "essence" of the pageant. Trump should create a competition for transsexuals instead of allowing them to compete in their current pageant system." She expressed the need of a separate competition for transsexuals.

She also talked about the controversies and rumours she would like the Missosology not to be associated with:

"Ahhhh, countless of it to the point that I became stoic & immune!!! As they say - haters gonna hate. Based from a feedback I got, a certain "mini-groupie" continues to assume everything although it must be the gospel of truth based on assumptions. I've been hearing allegations from people without reputation and sadly one of them is someone we trusted during last year's Miss Universe season. Anyway, it's always better not to pay attention & it's not in my personality to argue with them. Their issues are sooooooooo beneath me. Life is too short doing anything otherwise. Missosology is like a rock- it has withstood the weathering of time even with the presence of some hackers & detractors whose lives revolved around destroying the board. The best way to deal with them is IGNORE as they tend to do it for their own personal agenda. Besides, everyone here on Missosology is already AWARE & SMART enough to realize how these people work in the background and we need them to hate so we could use 'em for their energies. Anyway, I'm a firm believer of karma - wise people just smile, ignore and let karma take care of the rest."She further explained.

She went on to reveal the feeling and pain she has suffedred through a break up:

"It actually pains me whenever I look back at the most trying time of my life. I mentioned earlier that I have a solution to any problem but I realized that when it comes to heartbreak - I'm at my weakest point especially when you've always considered the one who broke your heart as "the greatest love of your life." We were together for 4 years and 5 months and the breakup was so sudden & I'm caught off guard. For two months, I was totally lost & distraught but I learned a lot about myself and it definitely made me a better person. I knew God brought me to that situation for a reason. I just prayed harder for inner strength. The most important break-up rule: No matter who broke your heart, or how long it takes to heal, you'll never get through it without your friends. But you'll be surprised to know that I've fully recovered. I'm happy & enjoying my life just being single!" She said.

Pawee revealed the growth plans for her online organisation:

"Ric will soon launch Missosology magazine. Very very soon. Our team aims to start our own international pageant in the future. It's a work in progress. We also intend on building a beauty school/training grounds for beauty pageant aspirants. Aside from that, we are currently in talks with several international pageants that intend to team up with our site. One country will open a base for Missosology and I will be flying there next year for its grand launching. Due to media mileage that we could bring & our reputation as number 1 pageant website & forum, we continue to cover various pageants overseas through invitations from national directors and international pageant founders yearly. Also, this year, our goal is to dispatch other capable members to cover int'l pageants & represent Missosology. In October we have 3 pageant invitiations, 4 in November." She revealed her plans to start Missosology magazine.

Message: I don't find thin girls attractive. I'd rather have lunch with my friends than go to a gym.

Pawee's message to forumers:

"Thank you very much for sticking with us through thick & thin. My apologies for all our shortcomings but I always appreciate your kind understanding. Your presence in Missosology means a lot to me. Consider this your haven to celebrate your passion in pageantry! We are family! Honestly, I've been meaning to socialize with y'all but never had the chance to do so. Despite having unique personalities, almost everybody seems so cool. There are a thousand and one reasons why I love you all!" She concluded with this message.
