Cristiano Ronaldo: ‘Irina Keeps Stealing My CR7 Boxers’
Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed in a recent interview that his Sports Illustrated model girlfriend Irina Shayk has become obsessed with his underwear, saying that she has been stealing CR7 boxers from him. However, he didn't reveal whether or not Irina uses his CR7 boxers or keeps them as a collection.
According to a report by Euro Sport, popular fashion journal Vogue asked Cristiano about an item in his wardrobe that his girlfriend likes to steal. The Portuguese footballer didn't think twice to share his answer.
"She (Irina) steals my boxers all the time," Cristiano said. According to Cristiano he opened Irina's wardrobe one time when she wasn't around and he was surprised to find out that there were a lot of CR7 boxers in there. Cristiano laughed it off and thought it was funny.
In October 2013, Cristiano has launched his own underwear line called CR7. New York-based fashion designer Richard Chai is the brain behind the designs and styles of the said undergarments line. Danish JBS Textile Group, on the other hand, is tasked to manage the production of the high-quality underwear. Since its inception, the CR7 line has branched out into creating other products such as socks and shirts, too.
Cristiano and Irina have been dating since May 2010. She has been spotted cheering for her beau in some of his games. She has also attended numerous red carpet events and award ceremonies with the footballer. Irina also has been a supportive girlfriend and often seen spending some quality time with Cristiano's son, Cristianinho.
Meanwhile, Irina has recently posed in a racy photo shoot with another male model for Linda Farrow's eyewear spring/summer 2015 campaign. Irina modeled alongside Jarrod Scott in a steamy photo shoot shot by photographer Mario Vivanco.
Irina donned metallic swimsuits, revealing an ample amount of her cleavage, for the said campaign. Pictures from the photo shoot were shared on Farrow's official Web site and Instagram account.
Farrow has previously collaborated with other renowned designers including Oscar De La Renta, Matthew Williamson, Kris van Assche and Dries Van Noten to create its vintage and luxurious sunglasses since its inception in the 1970s.
