Cristiano Ronaldo overtook Eusebio in their country's list of top goal scorers.

In September, Ronaldo's hat trick during the Real Madrid's match against Northern Ireland in World Cup Qualification has given him a record of 43 goals in 106 matches for his country. Ronaldo has surpassed Eusebio's record of 41 goals in 64 matches.

The 71-year-old Portuguese footballer, nicknamed the Black Panther, expressed his feelings towards the news, and stated that it was unfair to be compared with Ronaldo because he played fewer matches for Portugal.

Ronaldo, on the other hand, also released a statement as reported by The Independent. "I think it is not worth feeling sad over the news, records are meant to be broken, we should not be sad," Ronaldo said. "I feel easy because Eusebio will be Eusebio and Cristiano will be Cristiano," Ronaldo added. "It is normal that people compare us but Eusebio should not feel sad because he will always be up there," Ronaldo said.

Meanwhile, aside from being busy with his football career, Ronald has also been reported doing some side hustles. He is currently working on global football competition game called The Game by Ronaldo, which will be released at the end of October. He has been busy promoting the said football game all over on his social media accounts at Facebook and Twitter.
