Ronaldo's new Nike boots has an outer space design. The popular sports apparel thinks that Ronaldo is a limitless star who burns brighter than others.
"We were watching one of Ronaldo's games and he scored yet another astonishing free-kick and the commentator asked if Ronaldo is really from this planet," said Nike Footwear Design Director Denis Dekovic. "We started thinking about how to design the CR7 style and thought how he is similar to a supernova, like a celestial body that radiates energy, this was our inspiration," said Dekovic.
Ronaldo seems to feel the same. "It is so cool when we make something the represents my personality and the way I play, in addition to the manner the boots perform," said Ronaldo.
Here's some more news about Ronaldo. The 28-year-old Portuguese footballer seemed to have put an end about moving to another team when he signed for a contract extension until 2018 with Spanish giants Real Madrid, which makes him the highest-paid footballer in the world. However, the rumour of Ronaldo transferring to a different team has been making headlines again.
According to the Mirror, Ronaldo has started taking French lessons. It has stirred up many speculations, saying that Ronaldo is about to leave Real Madrid to join the Paris Saint-Germain next summer. Ronaldo has already expressed his thoughts about possibly retiring with Real.
Paris Saint-Germain is one of the richest teams in Europe, and if they can pay Ronaldo more than Real Madrid pays him, maybe it will be enough to change his mind.
