Cristiano Ronaldo’s GF Irina Shayk Wants Him To Move To Paris Saint-Germain
Cristiano Ronaldo has been making headlines in the football world after news have emerged claiming that the Portuguese football star is not entirely pleased with Real Madrid. Ronaldo reportedly has hinted his desire to return to Old Trafford, but his girlfriend Irina Shayk has made some comments about her love for Paris, which led some news sites to speculate that she could be pressuring her beau to sign with Paris Saint-Germain instead.
In a recent interview with Daily Express, Irina has revealed her fascination with Paris. According to Shayk, she loves Paris because the people are very hospitable and friendly. The Sports Illustrated Russian model added that there are perfect places to visit in Paris citing the historic religious cathedral Notre Dame and the Louvre museum. Irina even compared Paris to the second largest city in her country Russia, Saint Petersburg, and said both have rich history.
I am always moved to return to Paris and I hope to spend more time here one of these days," Irina said. "Is it that I should convince Cristiano to sign for Paris (Saint-Germain)," she added.
On Sept. 16, Sky Sports' Guillem Balague reported that Manchester United has a deal in place for Ronaldo. Balague said that Ronaldo wants to go back to Mancheser United and the English football club has all the funds prepared to get him back. Balague added that Ronaldo is still the one who can decide when he will move back to Old Trafford.
Despite the transfer from Manchester in 2009, Ronaldo has expressed his desire to go back to his old team. Ronaldo told the Daily Mail that he loves Manchester United. The Ballon d'or winner said that Manchester United will always be in his heart. He said he had left many good friends there and hopes that he could play for the club again in the future.
Ronaldo signed with Manchester United in 2003. He was the first Portuguese player to have been signed by the English football club. He played for Manchester for almost six years until he was offered an enormous deal by Real Madrid worth £80 million for a six-year contract. Could Ronaldo be leaving Real Madrid soon?
