Critics' Choice Movie Awards got off to a very exciting start on Thursday evening at Santa Monica, California. While Sandra Bullock and Bradley Cooper kicked off the show by dropping F-bombs, Cate Blanchett surprised everyone and won the award for being the best mum by taking along her five-year-old son Ignatius to the ceremony. Just like all other awards, the Critics' Choice also had some of the best one-liners from the actors who got the pleasure to be on stage for either accepting the ward or presenting the nominees. Let's find out who said who.

Actor Leonardo Di Caprio surprised everyone by apologising to his parents for doing all the nasty stuff in the movie "The Wolf of Wall Street." "I simultaneously apologize for everything I do in this film," the actor said about his role as Jordan Belfort.

Amy Adams was all up to her flirting best on stage. "Any chance to kiss James Marsden . . . Sorry Darren, you know it's true," Adams said after kissing her "Enchanted" co-star when he presented her with an award. Adams had the decency to apologize to her fiancé, Darren Le Gallo on stage too.

"..and also Tom Hanks," said David O Russel, the "American Hustle" director, as he jokingly added Hanks to the list of actors in his film several times.

Lupita Nyong'o thanked Julia Roberts. "Julia, thank you so much for making my brother the coolest guy in school for taking a picture with him," said the best actress winner.

Jared Leto was at his hilarious best on stage. "Alright, alright, alright," Leto said as he imitated his "Dallas Buyers Club" co-star Matthew McConaughey.

"I'd like to thank George Clooney for floating away and not coming back," said "Gravity" actress Sandra Bullock as she poked fun at poking fun at Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's "Gravity" joke from the Golden Globes Awards. Bullock also dropped F-bomb on stage.

"I'd like to thank Jackie Chan, Sylvester Stallone, Jean-Claude Van Damme for teaching me everything I know," Bullock said.

"What the f--k?! I'm an action star," Bullock joked as recording for a category began playing.

Bradley Cooper also followed Sandra's footsteps when he went on stage to accept the award for American Hustle as Best Comedy. "These f--king actors," Cooper said as he referred to his co-stars.

"You should be glad that it is I, and not Jasmine French, who is your mother," said Cate Blanchett to her son Ignatius as she talked about her role in "Blue Jasmine."
