Cutest Cat Photos on Instagram: Where’s Your Pet’s Comfort Zone? [PHOTOS]
Instagram app users are photo-blogging their favorite things on the planet - gardens, hobbies, pets, you name it, Instagram has it! One thing you can see from this mobile app is a steady upload of feline photos.
Explore Instagram for 10 to 20 minutes, and you will see some of the cutest cat photos ever taken. Then again, it depends on whether you like cats or not.
Cat owners are particularly amused when they shoot their pets in strange places. Some cats like relaxing on the chilly feel of the sink. (The 'cool' cats.) Some others like the comfort and warmth of a small box. (The reclusives.) Have you ever noticed your cat's favorite comfort zone?
This is one of the most common shots - cats near computers and laptops. (The geeks.) Curiously, feline creatures are drawn to computers, as much as they are typically drawn to a mouse - pun intended. They say they hang around active computers because they like the gadget's warmth. (How about the mini waves of WiFi?) Another possibility is that cats just love to get your attention when you're visibly busy and trying to focus. And you just find it adorably cute.
Cat owners, your cats are grateful
One thing cat lovers should know is that despite the popular notion that cats have a world of their own, these furry animals appreciate your taking care of them. Scientists said so.
In a report by Discovery News: "Cats also seem to remember kindness and return the favors later. If owners comply with their feline's wishes to interact, then the cat will often comply with the owner's wishes at other times. The cat may also "have an edge in this negotiation," since owners are usually already motivated to establish social contact."
So, when your cat does something sweet, i.e. touch your hand while you're typing away on your laptop, show some affection. They'll return the favor the best way they know how - act even cuter.
