Dancing With the Stars (DWTS) AU came to an end after approximately a three-hour show put up by the finalists of the season of year 2013. Week after week the 12 contestants competed against each other making way to Mirror Ball trophy. After months of hard work and facing tons of challenges, illusionist Cosentino alongside his dancing partner Jessica Raffa were announced as the winners of the show in Finale Episode.

Competing with the star dancer Cosentino and his partner Jessica Raffa were two more finalist couples Tina & Damian and Rhiannon & Aric. The declaration of the results surely took the winning couple by surprise. Viewers at home witnessed Cosentino's speechlessness as hosts Daniel Macpherson and Edwina Bartholomew announced the results.

"I can't speak, I can't speak," said Cosentino the winner of DWTS AU Season 13. And soon his partner Jessica Raffa grabbed the microphone from him and her first few words after the results announcement was only in praise of her student.

"He's been the best student I've ever had. He respected me and worked so hard," said dancer Jessica Raffa on the stage of DWTS Season 13 in Finale Episode.

Cosentino is an illusionist by profession and has also been a participant in another reality show "Australia's Got Talent." He was declared winner of DWTS 2013 only after beating two other finalists, actress Rhiannon Fish and singer Tina Arena.

The DWTS AU has not been a smooth journey for the couple. It was a tough challenge for the dancing couple as the dancer Jessica was hospitalized for a terrible back injury. Todd McKenney the judge of the show is known to have criticized the pair quite seriously. But their final performance a freestyle routine on Des'ree's "Kissing You" seemed to have impressed viewers and judges, all at once. And he finished at the top with 104 points on judges leader board.

And actress Rhiannon Fish and her partner Aric performed an upbeat freestyle dance based on musical "Hairspray" which got them second position on the leader board with 103 points. Singer Tina Arena and her partner Damian Whitewood performed danced to the tune of "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles.)

The Dancing With the Stars (DWTS) AU 2013 winner Cosentino was also honored with another trophy and title of "International Magician of the Year," earlier on Monday before the Finale episode of the show. DWTS AU will return in 2014.
