The remaining couples performed another routine to impress the judges-Bruno Tonioli, Julianne Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba- and the general public to avoid the elimination and get closer to winning Mirror Ball Trophy. Last week fans saw the performance of 11 remaining pairs. Leading the pack after earning the perfect scores were Janel and Val and Bethany and Derek with 40 points. The couple that got eliminated was Randy and Karina.

Moving on to Week 4 of "Dancing With the Stars," the episode saw the performance of remaining 10 couples in "Most Memorable Year" segment. For the first time in the show's history, viewers were able to judge the performance of their favourite stars on the scale of 1-10.

The night kicked off with some results. "DWTS" host announced Janel and Val and Jonathan and Allison were safe. However, Betsey and Tony were in jeopardy.

Next up were performances by the top 10 "DWTS" pairs. Performing first were Janel and Val. The duo performed rumba on "How Will I Know" by Sam Smith. The story behind her performance talked about her shift from Hawaii to Los Angeles. However, when she reached Hawaii she discovered her mentor passed away and she never got the chance to say goodbye to BJ.

Up next were Jonathan and Allison. The duo performed samba on "Milkshake" by Kelis. For Jonathan, the most memorable year is the one when he lost both his parents.

Betsey and Tony performed Jive to the tune of "Love Will Keep Us Together" by Captain and Tennille. The most memorable year is the one which saw the birth of her daughter Lulu.

More results were announced. Bethany and Derek, Lea and Artem, and Antonio and Cheryl were safe and Michael and Emma were in jeopardy.

Bethany and Derek performed next. They performed rumba to the tune of "Try" by Colbie Calliat. The most memorable year for Bethany is 2009, when she debut as YouTube artist on her own channel.

Michael and Emma performed Quickstep to the tune of "Givin' it Up for Your Love" by Delbery McClinton. The most memorable year for him is 2001, when he claimed Daytona. The same year saw the death of his mentor Dale Earnhardt.

Lea and Artem performed contemporary to the tune of "Dance With My Father" by Luther Vandross. 2003 is the most memorable year for her, when she lost her father after being diagnosed with cancer.

Next up were Antonio and Cheryl. The duo performed Samba to the tune of "Love Will Never Do (Without You)" by Janet Jackson. Antonio's most memorable year is 1989 when he began his acting career.

The four performances were followed by more results. Tommy and Peta were in jeopardy and Sadie and Mark and Alfonso and Witney were safe.

Tommy and Peta performed next. The duo performed Jive to the tune of "Jailhouse Rock" by Elvis Presley. The most memorable year is 2003 when he was arrested and jailed for smuggling drugs.

Last to perform on Week 4 of "Dancing With the Stars" (DWTS) Season 19 (2014) were Alfonso and Witney. The duo did a jazz routine on "It's Not Unusual" by Tom Jones. The most memorable year for him is when he did Broadway show "The Fresh Prince."

Based on the scores, one couple got eliminated. The couple that was sent packing was Betsey and Tony.
