Leading the camp with perfect 40 were Alfonso and Witney. Meanwhile, the couple that got eliminated was Betsey and Tony.

Week 5 of "Dancing With the Stars" (DWTS) will see the performance of remaining 9 pairs in "The Switch Up" segment. Guest judging the segment will be the pop sensation and "Do it Like Dude" singer Jessie J. Fans can also watch out for the performance of her super hit songs.

Based on public voting, the remaining stars' new professional dance partners have been decided. According to the press release published on network's official website, the pairs will perform range of new dance styles such as Hip Hop, Mambo, Flamenco and more.

Tommy has been paired with Emma, whose original partner is Michael Waltrip. The pair will be performing Mambo.

Alfonso has been paired with Cheryl, whose original partner is Antonio. The couple will perform Flamenco.

Lea Thompson has been paired with Val, whose original partner is Janel. The couple will perform Broadway.

Jonathan has been paired with Peta, whose original partner is Tommy. The couple will perform Jitterburg.

Michael has been paired with Witney, whose original partner is Alfonso. The couple will perform Disco.

Bethany has been paired with Mark, whose original partner is Sadie. The couple will perform Hip-Hop.

Antonio has been paired with Allison, whose original partner is Jonathan. The couple will perform Bollywood.

Janel has been paired with Artem, whose original partner is Lea. The couple will perform Burlesque.

Sadie has been paired with Derek, whose original partner is Bethany. The couple will perform Charleston.
