Let it not be said that Harry Potter doesn’t pay his dues. Daniel Radcliffe paid a cab fare he owed from the Dublin Minor Football team two years later.

According to the Irish Examiner, the 25-year-old English actor partied with the sports team after their All-Ireland victory in 2012, and left them paying for his taxi fee. He recently met with them and got a signed personalised football jersey from them.

He isn’t one to take advantage of his friends’ generosity, though. Radcliffe, 25, paid them back €50 [$72], which he used for cab fare back then.

Former Dublin minor centre-back Conor Mullaly tweeted a photo of Radcliffe’s note, captioning it, “Two years later, Daniel Radcliffe pays us back the taxi fare from that infamous night #gent.”

“Hi guys, So, thanks again for paying for my cab! I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t honour my word and pay you back. Once again great meeting you all. Hope this covers it!” the actor’s note reads.

Radcliffe was in Amsterdam earlier this week where he was reportedly seen visiting a marijuana café. He was snapped with two employees from the Joa Green House, a frequent destination of other Hollywood stars looking for their weed fix while in Dutch capital.

The café describes itself as the “Home to Strainhunters, International Celebrities and Cannabis Connoissuers,” and boasts famous stars as patrons.

These stars include Miley Cyrus, Kevin Spacey, Lil Wayne, Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani, 50 Cent, Will Ferrel, Pierce Brosnan, Ludacris, Snoop Dogg, Woody Harrelson, Chris Brown and Rihanna.

Radcliffe currently stars in the romantic comedy “What If” with Zoe Kazan, and is seen in the thriller “Horns.”
