Rich in Calories
Yes, indeed that red wine is made out from grapes that are very beneficial to our body, but the process of making red wine destroys the benefits. Approximately, there is 120 calories in a five ounce glass of red wine and it contains few nutrients. Therefore, the more glasses of wine you take the higher calories that you take in. Taking more glasses of red wine in a regular basis will make it difficult for a person to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Thus, having too much weight can lead to bad health conditions like heart diseases, types of cancers and other cases.
High in Triglycerides
Triglycerides are considered as bad lipids because it can cause excessive weight. It is also associated with Diabetes. Unfortunately, red wine has high levels of triglycerides. So if a person is susceptible to Diabetes, have increased levels of triglycerides and considered overweight, no need to think twice. Headache
According to experts, red wine has an increased level of histamines and tannins. Usually the main purpose of histamines is to be involved in local immune system and tannins are usually found in plants and have a defense mechanism of generating a bitter taste to prevent creatures from eating them.
