On Sunday, David Beckham made a surprise appearance at the Marina Bay Street Circuit during the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix. He caused quite a commotion when he arrived and practically attracted attention as he walked in the track. He was smiling at the crowd and even stopped to answer several interviews.

The retired football legend was invited as a personal guest of British business magnate and Formula One Supremo Bernie Ecclestone. The two walked together onto the grid before the race started. Beckham sat and watched the race with the entire Mercedes team.

He was wearing a pair of blue shirt and black jeans. His hair was brushed back, giving everyone a clear glimpse of his good-looking face. It has quite been a busy week for the 38-year-old as he has been to London and Paris recently, and now, to Singapore. Surely, he knows how to keep up with a tight schedule.

Beckham was kind enough to even pose for a picture with some of the member of the Formula One team. He posted a picture on his official Facebook account with three-time F1 world champion from Austria, Niki Lauda.

The Singapore GP was won by German racer Sebastian Vettel, which gives him his third consecutive title. Fernando Alonso, Kimi Raikkonen and Nico Rosberg ranked second, third, and fourth places, respectively.

When Vettel walked on the podium, he was booed. Infinity Red Bull's boss Christian Horner thought it was unfair and Vettel does not deserve to be booed. This is not the first time that he was booed by disappointed and hardcore Formula One fans. It seems like he was pretty much used to it anyway. Vettel did not take it seriously. "They are on a tour, they go around on a bus," Vettel said in an interview.

Maybe, Vettel's winning is something that fans just love to hate, but at the rate things are going, it sure looks like Vettel is out to do well and prove that he can win all his races. Maybe, he will become fan-favourite by then.
