In the latest development in alleged David Beckham's affair, the sports star will send a letter to Heinz Bauer, the German media magnate who publishes In Touch Magazine in the United States, to demand an explanation why the magazine decided to publish claims by a prostitute that Beckham solicited her services.

Sources quoted by the United Kingdom's Daily Mail, Victoria Beckham's husband is "more determined than ever" to receive an explanation from Mr. Bauer over the publication of the alleged David Beckham's affair. Beckham will reportedly demand why the allegations of Miss Irm Nici was published in spite of In Touch being "repeatedly" told that the story was false.

The football star will also ask why such serious claims as sexual liaison with Miss Nici did not even elicit rudimentary checks. Beckham's camp believe that the supposed evidence for the story of alleged David Beckham's affair was not even produced to support the publication In Touch magazine, yet the magazine still decided to publish it.

Reports suggest that Miss Nici had kept a diary and telephone records, but these were never produced for the magazine.

David Beckham's letter will be delivered in Mr. Bauer's headquarters in Hamburg, Germany and New Jersey offices of In Touch.

Previously, it was reported that David Beckham wants a front-page retraction from In Touch over allegations that Beckham had an affair and slept with Miss Nicci, a highly-paid prostitute. Beckham's lawyers will reportedly demand In Touch not to repeat the allegations and print a retraction on the magazine's front page.

In Touch magazine alleged that David Beckham slept with Miss Irm Nici in a New York hotel room in 2007. The gossip magazine has further reported that Miss Nici flew in to London a month later to render her services to the sports star.
