David Beckham and Prince William Spotted Watching Rugby Match
Retired soccer superstar David Beckham and Prince William were spotted watching a separate rugby match.
Beckham spent some quality time with his three kids, Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz, on Saturday just outside of London. The 38-year-old and his three kids were seen among the crowd watching a rugby game at the Twickenham Stadium. It was a match between England and Argentina. The Beckhams were all wearing England jerseys.
The crowd cheered when Beckham was shown on the giant screen during a break in play. He looked really handsome on his England jersey shirt, matched with a black beret.
Beckham had a lot to rejoice for because the team that he is rooting for has won over Argentina, 31-12. It was not an easy match for England. The team struggled in the second half. Argentina has put so much pressure on the team. Nonetheless, they managed to succeed. England will face world champions New Zealand in the team's next match.
Meanwhile, in a separate rugby match, Prince William took a time off in baby-sitting their little bundle of joy when he was seen watching the game between Wales and South African in Cardiff, Wales, also on Saturday.
The Duke of Cambridge was spotted wearing a navy suit with a red tie. He acknowledged and greeted the beneficiaries of the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust, of which he is a supporter. Prince William rooted for the Wales team as the match is taking place. However, the team lost to South Africa.
Prince William was the one who awarded the rugby cup to the winner, the South African Team. Despite the loss, the Wales' team was still positive and cheerful. Prince William was given a mini-jersey, supposedly for his little toddler, as it has the name "George" in front and the number seven on the back.
It is nice how David Beckham and Prince William steps out to give support to for British rugby.
