"Days of Our Lives" (DOOL) is set to feature some very dramatic episodes in the week of Jan 5 - Jan 9. The show digs deeper into some intriguing ongoing storylines of the well-loved characters such as Will, Sonny, Brady, Melanie, Rafe, Jordan and more. The week on "Days of Our Lives" (DOOL) begins with some drama between Sonny and Will. Soap Central has presented detailed spoilers for the upcoming episodes of NBC's long-running daytime soap opera. According to the media report, Will digs deeper into Paul's past. In Paul's hotel room, in an unexpected moment, Paul kisses Will. At the same time, Will apparently struggles with "feelings to reciprocate." Will admits his feelings for Paul. Later, however, their moment is interrupted when Sonny unexpectedly enters Paul's room. Furthermore, Sonny struggles with the work related to his new club.

Elsewhere in Salem City, Rafe confronts Chad. Rafe accuses Chad of being responsible for "getting him fired" from his job. Rafe lashes out at him. Meanwhile, things begin to heat up between Chad and Jordan. However, Chad's past continue to worry Jordan.

Brady stuns Melanie with an unexpected smooch. Later, the two share their feelings about it. As for Theresa, she continues to be "heartbroken over her would-be-pregnancy." Melanie and Theresa, once again, get into a heated argument. Later, however, Melanie attempts to mend fences with Theresa when she finds Theresa struggling with circumstances.

Kayla goes on date which turns out to be a bad idea. Eric comes for her rescue. Elsewhere, Hope finds herself disturbed due to Aiden's erratic behaviour. Kayla extends support and help Hope understand Aiden's behaviour. Aiden has his own explanation to his changed demeanour that leaves Hope confused and agitated.

Adrienne suspects Justin is cheating on her. During her heart-to-heart conversation with Lucas, Adrienne expresses her concern about it. The two end up sharing a warm moment when Lucas tries to pacify her.

Serena finds out that Nicole has been snooping on her and lashes out at her for doing trying to invade her privacy. Meanwhile, Nicole is "convinced" that Serena is trying to hide something and there is more to her than meets the eye. She discovers a shocking piece of information about her. Furthermore, Nicole is determined to win Daniel's trust again. At the same time, she wants to bring out Serena's truth.

According to the media report, Sonny informs that their business might be ruined completely. Kayla reveals a shocking truth about Aiden. She tells Hope that "Aiden threatened Bree" from telling the truth about him. Brady and Melanie finally express their liking for each other.
