'Days Of Our Lives' spoilers for Feb 22: Ava pushes Kayla’s buttons; Joey squares off with Steve
On Monday, the “Days Of Our Lives” episode shows another bout of Ava’s (Tamara Braun) evil schemes as she goads Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) to resort to physically harm. Other “Days Of Our Lives” cast members who will appear on the Feb. 22 instalment include Brady (Eric Martsolf), Summer (Marie Wilson), Steve (Stephen Nichols), Joey (James Lastovic), Hope (Kristian Alfonso), Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) and Theo (Kyler Pettis).

TV Guide reports that on Monday’s episode of “DOOL,” Ava provokes Kayla into physically attacking her, while Joey lashes at his father when Steve confessed to sleeping with Ava. Meanwhile, Hope gets worried when she sees Ciara with Theo. Elsewhere, Brady attempts to save Summer from drowning.

Fans are wondering what happens next to Kayla, after Ava sent her a text message with a video of Ava and Steve sleeping together. Steve walked in on Kayla as she reels from shock. Before he arrived home, Steve was resolute about telling Kayla that he was forced to be intimate with Ava to save Kayla’s life. Kayla showed him the video, and Steve apologised. He cried, saying that he never wanted to hurt her this way. Steve explained that it was the only way to free Kayla. “I hate Ava and I hate myself but I didn't know what to do if I lost you,” Steve said. Ava walked off. Kayla sent a text message to Ava, telling her she's a dead woman.
“Days Of Our Lives” airs weekdays in Australia on 12:45 p.m. on Foxtel’s Arena channel. In the US, "DOOL" airs at 1 p.m. on NBC and 8 p.m. on POP.
