'Days Of Our Lives' spoilers for June 1: Kate wants to join search for her family despite her declining health; Joey gets arrested

“Days of Our Lives” focuses its Wednesday’s episode on the continuing travails of the Johnson family. Amid battling her illness, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will insist on looking for Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Joey (James Lastovic). Spoilers hint that things are looking bleak for the family, as one of them will be shot. Meanwhile, Joey decides he’s had enough of living on the edge and wants to take responsibility for his actions.

Other “Days Of Our Lives” cast members who will figure prominently on the June 1 installment include Nicole (Arianne Zucker), Dario (Jordi Vilasuso), Deimos (Vincent Irizarry), Kate (Lauren Koslow), John (Drake Hogestyn) and Jade (Paige Searcy).

TV Guide reports that on Wednesday’s run of “DOOL,” Nicole opens up to Dario about Deimos, while she gets caught kissing Deimos by Kate. Meanwhile, despite her worsening condition, Kayla asks John to include her in search for her husband and son. Joey, on the other hand owns up to his actions and shows willingness to pay for the consequences.

Fans witnessed how Aiden and Hope discussed about Chase, including Aiden’s plans to send his son to a psychiatric hospital. Hope also opened up to Rafe that the reason why she’s confused about Chase is because she feels conflicted about Aiden. She said that she needs to figure things out, not wanting to hurt Rafe. Later, Hope called Shawn to inform him that she’s going out of town for a while.

Speaking of conflicted emotions, Joey had a change of heart about his rogue life with Jade. In order to impress his girlfriend, he broke into a store to steal, but had his hesitations. Jade accused him of being such a good boy and stalked off. Meanwhile, Steve lashed at Simone for hiding the fact that Joey and Jade are there. He threatened her to tell the truth, or else he’d go to the police about the robberies. Later, Simone walked into the room with Joey and Jade while Steve was there rummaging through Joey’s bag. He hid himself and listened in as Simone cautioned the teens about him. When Joey went back later for his bag, he saw his father. Joey told Steve that he wants to go home. Elsewhere, Fynn comforted Kayla and tried to kiss her but pulled back. When John informed her that Steve is going to the commune, Kayla said she wants to go but Fynn stopped her. He told her to rest and that he’ll help her find Joey. The two kiss.
