"Days Of Our Lives" soap recap

In the previous episode, Steve was shocked to see Hal (Real Andrews) threatening Kayla’s life. Steve made an attempt to pacify the disgruntled patient, who asked for a new liver immediately. Kayla told Hal that getting a new liver won’t guarantee a successful result. When Jade (Gabrielle Haugh) saw her dad, he said that Kayla botched the operation. Jade screamed and set him straight by saying everything was his fault. She said that if Hal harms Kayla, he would be out of her life. Fortunately, Hal calmed down and put the syringe down. Hal was promptly arrested.

Elsewhere, Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abby (Marci Miller) were talking about Deimos (Vincent Irizarry). Chad told Abby that he and Andre (Thaoo Penghlis) plan to take Deimos’ artifacts to sell them. Later, Chad met with Deimos’ antiquities dealer to make a deal. The dealer refused at first but Chad asked him to wait while he gets something. When Chad was out of the room, Abby and Gabi (Camila Banus) waltzed in, wearing belly dancing costumes. The dealer assumed that it was Chad’s ploy to convince him and the two ladies played along. It worked – the dealer decided to do business with Chad instead of Deimos.

Meanwhile, Paul (Christopher Sean) relayed to Sonny (Freddie Smith) about Deimos’ artifacts business. It appeared that Deimos has been stealing items from other countries to sell them. Later, Sonny overheard Deimos talking to his dealer, who said that their deal is off. Deimos was livid with anger but it seemed there’s nothing he could do – the dealer threatened to rat out Deimos to the ISA.
