"Days Of Our Lives" soap recap

Last week’s episodes showed that apart from John, Yo Ling also abducted Paul and kept the two captive at an abandoned warehouse. John asked his son how he got there, but Paul could not remember how so he surmised that Ling drugged him. John shared with Paul about his father’s story, and Ling’s need for a transfusion for the blood disorder. The two struggled to free Paul, but Ling caught them. John asked Ling to release Paul, but Ling refused. Ling said Paul is meant to follow his footsteps, but he needed to free Paul’s mind from garbage. John concluded that Ling plans to brainwash Paul, and pleaded him not to do it. Ling said that it is their destiny, which has been determined long ago.
