'Days Of Our Lives' spoilers for March 31: Chad takes Abby’s mind off from her anxieties

On Thursday, “Days Of Our Lives” delivers a family-centred episode, giving a glimpse on the current issues of each family in Salem. As Abby’s (Kate Mansi) fears spiral out of control, Chad (Billy Flynn) does his best to comfort his wife and distract her from her worries. The task is not easy as it sounds, as Abby’s paranoia seems to be overwhelming her. Spoilers hint that Marlena (Deidre Hall) will lend a hand to the couple.

TV Guide reports that on Thursday’s episode of “DOOL,” Ciara still suffers from the aftermath of her rape, while Chase turns desperate enough to commit another crime. Meanwhile, the Hernandez family deliberates whether to give Eduardo another chance. Elsewhere, Chad tries his best to distract Abby from worrying about Ben.

Followers of the “DOOL” saw how Abigail realised that she just imagined her encounter with Ben. Abby became scared that she’s losing her mind, so JJ called a doctor to examine her. According to Fynn, Abby experienced a panic attack and gave her medicine to help her relax. The doctor also recommended consulting a therapist to help deal with the stress. When the doctor left, Abby confided to Chad that it may be her who turned her lingerie into shreds, not Ben. “I don't want to lose my mind,” she cried to Chad. “Am I losing my mind?” Suddenly, she saw Ben again outside their house, but this time, she kept silent about it.
