The much talked about divorced couple Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher has stumbled upon each other at the most recent pre-Golden Globes party held in LA. It would remind you of those times then when Sean Penn hanged out with ex Madge.

According to majority of the guests, who saw this encounter said that it was Kutcher who decided to approach his ex-wife even when the entire room was obviously watching for what will actually happen.

In fact, one party attendee shared with Metro UK that it took about five minutes before the young actor went over to speak to Demi.

The result? Everyone thought that it was a "cool" for the 33-year-old to decide on such a move which turned out to be dignified and did not mess up at all. The ex-couple did not arrive together nor did they leave the place together but everything turned out normal for everyone to see.

This was the first public appearance of the two together, with Kutcher making sure that he allotted time to hang out briefly as well with Rumer Willis, who arrived as the chaperone of her mum. Moore arrived earlier and stayed close to her group of friends while Kutcher who has recently been seen clean and all shaven, arrived at the peak of the party.

It was nice for everyone to see an ex-couple like Demi and Ashton being peaceful despite the string of rumours and controversies that surrounded the last days of their once happy marriage.

Other noted celebrities that were seen in the room where the pre-party for Golden Globes 2012 happened include Helen Mirren, Cameron Diaz, Robert DeNiro, Tom Cruise, Gerard Butler and Leonardo DiCaprio amongst many others.
