Demi Lovato, a co-host for the event, opted for the fierce and fab look with a feathered dress, ultra-high ponytail and power heels. Some brows were raised at the side boob hoopla, but for Glee's Kevin McHale, the young diva looked "hot!"

On Twitter, it seemed the young star could hardly contain her excitement.

"I am so excited to host Teen Choice Awards...See you soon. Can't wait to whip my hair back and forth!!!" Lovato tweeted before the event.

Lovato's fans proved very supportive, re-tweeting the shout out 18,000 times.

Lucy Hale looked like Little Red Baby Doll in a Wes Gordon halter dress. She let her hair down to pretty curls for a more delicate yet fun and youthful look.
