Demi Lovato has once again become the victim of a nude photo scandal. The singer sparked controversy when her nude photos while making out with her boyfriend went viral on the net. The photos show Lovato in compromising positions with her boyfriend. In a few photos, Lovato is seen making out and kissing her beau whereas in others her butt and breasts are in full reveal. However, inspite of the stir, reports suggest that Lovato's photo may be fake as the tattoos in the photo are hazy and do not bear exact resemblance to the former Disney Star's tattoos.

There are many fans who also believe that the woman in the photo is not Lovato as she has almost no resemblance to the "Heartbreak" star. Well the speculations and gut feelings of the fans could be right, as this is not the fist time that Lovato has become a victim of the nude photo scandal. In August 2013, Lovato's picture making out with a woman had gone rampant on the web. The racy pics showed Demi kissing and making love to a woman. The person who has leaked the star's photo had that time claimed that Demi is bisexual.

"We have nude/sexual photos of Demi Lovato and was wondering if you would like to buy them ... The girl in the middle row, last pic is our friend and is a girl Demi had a fling with for some time on and off," the source had reportedly told Celebslam as reported by Hollywoodlife.

However, later it was proven that the photos of the singer were fake. Demi and her boyfriend have not reacted regarding the photo scandal but the singer did write on Twitter that she is staying strong amidst the naked selfie leak.
