The couple first started dating in 2010 after the "Skyscraper" singer broke-up with Joe Jonas from the trio Jonas Brothers. However, the affair was short lived due to the age difference with Wilmer Valderrama being 11 years older than Demi Lovato. The couple broke-up last June 2011 which led the singer to a stage of depression. Demi Lovato was then entered into an institution later that year for treatment regarding her bipolar disorder and eating disorder.

So are they back together for good this time?

Pictures of the steamy make out session right outside the 31 year old actor's home confirms that the 19 year old pop star surely isn't single as she claims to be.

Before that big smooch which happened last Tuesday morning after attending the Monday night Halloween Party, the couple were first spotted being all lovey-dovey at Seth McFarlane's (creator of Family Guy) house bash on October 22.

An eyewitness stated they were holding hands, stealing glances at each other and making quick kisses even with people around.

"They showed up together and surely made no effort to hide that they were back together," says the eyewitness.

"They were even spotted dirty-dancing to the music and even while they were seated, Wilmer made an effort to make physical contact by placing his hand on Demi's knee the whole time."

Will Wilmer Valderrama be able to keep up with the "boyfriend-like" affectionate act and make the relationship last longer this time? Fans of Lovato pray so since the actor is quite known for his reputation dating young celebrities namely Lindsay Lohan, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Mandy Moore.

What does Wilmer have to say? The actor's manager still has not returned calls about the rumored relationship.

As for Demi Lovato, the singer remains mum about the relationship and chooses not to comment but sources say that the singer is definitely happier and quite glad that she gave the relationship another shot.
