Former Disney sweetheart and new 'X Factor' judge Demi Lovato rocked the purple carpet of this year's Teen Choice Awards by showing up in a futuristic and outrageous ensemble that flaunted the side of her jugs.

The pop star hosted this year's award show with Glee star Kevin McHale at the Universal City's Gibson Ampitheatre.

The 19-year-old singer showed off her long gams on her Falguni and Shane peacock dress with her hair tied in a fierce ponytail on top of her head. Her style can be compared to Jennifer Lopez's.

Demi Lovato may looked "too old" with her look but it did not stop her from winning awards for Choice Female Music Star and Choice Twitter.

She also presented Miranda Cosgrove with the Acuvue Inspire Award, an award given to an inspiring teen celebrity who uses her celebrity power to make a difference in the world. Lovato, who won the award last year, called Cosgrove "an advocate for young people and a champion for education."

During the awards show, Demi's boss Simon Cowell made a pre-taped video for the singer. Simon said Demi is "annoying, obnoxious, disruptive, gobby, irritating, bad manners, not great taste - did I say irritating? Yes? Annoying, very annoying. She's a brat. Um, I could go on for hours, but that's what makes her special, and I really do love her, a bit. Have a great night, wish I was there, but no one invited me."

The singer did a good job as a host for the event as she flashed her smiles as much as possible. Demi also changed several times during the show.

Halfway through the show, Kevin McHale exclaimed, "I just want to point out how hot Demi looks. Can we give it up for that?"
