Hollywood actress Demi Moore is ready to publicise her life through a memoir that contains details on her three marriages and showbusiness career for the last three decades.

Publisher HarperCollins said on Monday that it had bought world rights to Moore's memoir that will tell the story of her life and career. The book that has not yet been named will be released in 2012.

Business news website crainsnewyork.com cited undisclosed publishing industry executives with information on the deal saying that HarperCollins had agreed to give more than $2 million for the book.

Spokeswoman of HarperCollins, Tina Andreadis, refused to confirm nor deny the reported price tag.

Moore has starred in movies like "Ghost", "Indecent Proposal", and "A Few Good Men", and in widely-panned films including "Striptease" and "G.I. Jane".

In the past, she has admitted having a rough childhood and a difficult relationship with her alcoholic mother, Virginia King, who died in 1998 due to a brain tumor.

Moore used to be the highest-paid actress in Hollywood and she appeared naked and pregnant on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine in 1991 that stirred controversy at that time.

She was married to singer-songwriter Freddy Moore for five years from whom she got her surname before she married actor Bruce Willis in 1987. Her marrige with Willis lasted 13 years and they had three daughters, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah.

In 2005, Moore got married to actor Ashton Kutcher.
