Console games are not the only ones that players should focus their eyes on, as there are a few helpful add-ons and apps that usually accompany the titles. In the case of one of the hottest titles, "Destiny," a new Destiny creation allows players to keep their progress on track as they traverse from noob to legend.

Over at the official Destiny website, Bungie has introduced the Destiny Tracker, a group that tracks and then ranks everything that has to do with "Destiny." They have a number of leaderboards worth checking out for those who are stats-conscious. What makes it even better is that all of the leaderboards have filters to aid those who want to keep things simple when tracking where they are in "Destiny."

Even more than rankers, the Destiny Tracker also serves as a huge hub of information for those who want to know the nitty gritty about guns, vendors, PvP trivia and more. It's also a place for "Destiny" players to interact with others who are just as invested in the game.

Of all the offered features in "Destiny Tracker," the group highlights three main areas that fans could really get into. These are the Looking for Group page (used for finding and scheduling raids with others), the individual player stats page and the shader previewer.

What's great about Destiny Tracker is that the creators already have a history of tracking stats way back with Bungie's previous creation, "Halo 3." The group was enticed with the appeal of creating stats for PvE in "Destiny," which is a way to build an even larger community of players. Check out the website here.

Another title that will be seeing an update for its add-on feature is "Battlefield." The long-standing Battlelog App for smart devices will be seeing a round of improvements following testing with the Battlelog Community.

Announced at the Battlefield Blog, it was revealed that the enhanced Battlelog app will give users a more informative experience and smoother handling of the app. The first major improvement lies in the user interface, which has been upgraded to ensure optimal performance.

Because of this, the app will allow players to change weapons faster, check out the leaderboards and other functions that they need to execute while they're not in front of the console or PC. More than improvements, the developer has also announced that they are looking at adding more features for the Battlelog app.

Some of the new features of the app for "Battlefield 4" include push notifications related to "Battlefield 4" events or friends who are joining the game. For those who want to download the latest version of the Battlelog app, the links to the latest versions can be accessed via the Battlefield Blog.
