"Destiny" gamers have graciously provided a walkthrough and some dos and don'ts on how to plunder the loot cave outside the Cosmodrome. The loot cave is an infinite spawn point in "Destiny," according to Polygon. It's where dead enemies drop an abundance of gears and blue-coloured engrams, at times purple ones. The site credits Force Strategy Gaming with the walkthrough on how to spot the cave when players are in the Cosmodrome area.

The loot cave is said to be a two-minute distance from the Cosmodrome area. From there, players can blast away at the respawning acolytes and thralls for their endless supply of treasures. Because it's a multiplayer game, it gives more chances for gamers in plundering the cave.

According to Polygon, the key point to remember when farming in "Destiny" is to kill all the easily defeated enemies. When nothing is respawning inside the cave, make sure to check around the Cosmodrome area for survivors. However, gamers should be careful when stepping on a piece of slab debris located on the right side of the loot cave. It reportedly stops the respawning. This slab may, however, prove beneficial when there's nothing to plunder inside the cave.

Furthermore, common proper etiquette is to be observed when farming the loot cave. A "Destiny" subreddit post on Reddit provides some common dos and don'ts during plunder. User Drogalov called it the official Cosmodrome loot cave etiquette post.

One of the dos involves the players taking a few steps away from the concrete blocks. According to the post, this will earn gamers double kills and possibly double loot as it will respawn not just the acolytes but also the thralls. Additionally, it's best to plunder "Destiny's" loot cave when the warsat event drops. The cave will serve as a shield during the said event.

Meanwhile, one of the don'ts in farming calls on the Titans to stop popping their bubble shield over the gamers during plunder. This reportedly distracts the thralls to flee and also makes firing difficult. Likewise, instead of strafing, crouching is always advised when walking ahead of gamers who use rockets.

Lastly, not everything that gets dropped while farming the loot cave in "Destiny" is a legendary engram, user Drogalov said in the post. Gamers, therefore, shouldn't "run up every time they see something shiny drop." Watch the video below from Force Strategy Gaming for the virtual walkthrough in the loot cave.
